Now after a little more than a year’s work at our farm in Jua Kali, Kenya, we have decided to write a constitution for our farm that will serve as our operation guide for all project participants and employees.

We hereby provide this online as a reference of our experience and as help for other farms that would like to take something from it. Copying is explicitly permitted and welcome. We are glad to receive creative feedback any time.
